Jom tambah pengetahuan, jom! Over the years kita dengar pasal ISKANDAR MALAYSIA dan pelbagai spekulasi tentang agendanya. Iskandar Malaysia (kepada yang tak tahu), sedang aimed untuk bangunkan Johor seterusnya Malaysia.



Tapi dah sampai tahap mana progress ISKANDAR MALAYSIA, do you know? Recently I got the chance to do site visit dekat all the ongoing projects like:

1. Puteri Harbour.

2. Legoland.

3. Lego Themed Hotel.

4. Johor Premium Outlet (first branded outlet in Johor, carry high-end brands).

5. Edu City (one area ada few condos and international universities).

6. Family Indoor Theme Park.

If you noticed, semua pembangunan ini basically memihak kepada service sector. ISKANDAR MALAYSIA focus on nak tingkat peluang pekerjaan dalam service sector sebab dia tahu orang Malaysia minat kerja berjumpa orang, rather than kerja dalam kilang buat barang.



Construction baru start tapi progress sangat cepat sebab diorang kerja 24jam. I want to show you everything tapi basically semua gambar tiang-tiang dan batu-bata jer. Imma show you instead, pretty pictures of their sold out condominiums and houses (some are fully-furnished).

PRISMA.

Tapi ISKANDAR MALAYSIA tak tertumpu pada rumah orang-orang loaded sahaja. Di projek PRISMA (Perumahan Rakyat ISKANDAR MALAYSIA), ada banyak apartment cantik yang hanya akan disewakan. Bukan untuk dijual. Sewa cuma RM300-RM400 sebulan kepada keluarga baru yang mempunyai household income below RM3000.

After visiting all the development progress, I feel so positive about its future. Johor bersedialah untuk maju in 5years time. I pula bersedia nak pergi Legoland next year hewhewhew.
